The story? I lost spectacularly in our games of draughts. So I insisted on playing Snakes and Ladders repeatedly until I won. Then I did! So I tried to take a photo of this massive feat, but Austin was determined to destroy the evidence.

For Me

Tonight I told him everything. Everything I can think of right now.

I almost didn't want to post today. I was thinking 'what is the point, it's not like I have dozens if loyal followers I need to appease.'

Then I realised I didn't start doing this for you, I'm doing it for me. At least I am keeping one promise to myself.

School

I actually went to school today. I haven't been in a while. I'm not sure I really want to get this whole "education" thing. I am on the verge of giving up, but then what? I spend all my days at home making YouTube videos and watching cancelled TV shows (*cough* Veronica Mars *cough*)?

So I have very little self motivation and I am not doing the homework that I know I should. Like, at all. So a couple of teachers have offered to teach me outside of classes.
Am I grateful? Probably not.
Do I feel guilty about that? Yes.
C'mon. I don't want to do it people!
Any tips for the final year of high school (HSC)?

Boredom

I have been really slack with this lately. I have so little to say. It's rather unusual.

I have been spending my days reading Modern History textbooks, watching hundreds of YouTube videos (not an exaggeration) and watching episode after episode of Veronica Mars. I honestly never gave the show a chance before, but OMG I love it. Two days and I am already half way through season two...

Silly Shayla, you really should be studying for trials. Fuck it. I don't think I care any more.

So it's 12:30 on the Saturday, can you just give me another free pass and count this as a Friday post.

For the record, I was writing a short story, and if your super kind (no that I ever get hate, or even comments (c'mon people!)) I might even let you see it. Does this count yet?

Awkward...

I started to freak out and get upset when I put my sweatpants/trackies on this evening, because they were tighter than usual. I was worried I had managed to put on an excessive amount of weight, just during the course of the day. All good guys, crisis averted. I had the pants on backwards :/

Blog Stats and procrastination

So, I had a look at the stats for my blog today, and I found that this month the majority of my audience has been Russian. I find myself wondering if you speak English. So hello Russian people!!!

Now I will go back to not doing my homework, which is due tomorrow. Meh, it's only my last year of high school which determines what I do with the next few years of my life (uni, tafe etc.) I'll get to it eventually.

So, I'm on a 3 hr train trip from Newcastle to Sydney and this oldish lady just got on the train. There are no seats left and she is just staring at me, waiting for me to move for her. I really don't want to stand for 3 hours. So I am so absorbed in texting you, I don't even notice her presence.

My Problem With "the Titanic"....

My problem with 'The Titanic' is not that Jack would have fit too. That is a hopeless argument. The point is the combined weight of Jack and Rose would have sunk the door. 
My issue is within the first 10 minutes. Old Rose calls Mr. Lovett and says "Have you found the 'Heart of the Ocean' yet?" WHEN SHE HAD IT THE WHOLE FREAKING TIME! What she should have said is: "How's the search for the 'Heart of the Ocean' going?" It would have had the same effect. So Mr. Cameron, please feel free to edit this scene when you have the time. 

There are dozens of inconsistencies in this movie.

But I adore it Just the same...

Some days

Some days there are hundreds of thoughts running through my mind and I have the urge to update this blog the way some do a Facebook status. Other days I just don't know what to say. Today is the latter.
